Facilitation Skills

The ability to effectively drive a group from brainstorming to consensus to action is a vitally important skill, especially when groups consist of members with different goals and agendas.

Our facilitation course, Managing a Small Group Environment, uses your actual meeting as the forum in which to apply the most recent research into the art of facilitation.
