Presentation Skills

Video feedback, in combination with streamlined, proven teaching techniques, quickly helps participants generate dynamic presentations and understand how they did it.  We work with both novice and experienced presenters — and we give them the knowledge and tools they need to become better.  

Facilitation Skills

The ability to effectively drive a group from brainstorming to consensus to action is a vitally important skill, especially when groups consist of members with different goals and agendas.

Our facilitation course, Managing a Small Group Environment, uses your actual meeting as the forum in which to apply the most recent research into the art of facilitation.
